THE ROLE
Hybrid: At least 2-days a week in our office in Maidstone, Kent.
We are looking for a Senior Paid Media Executive with at least 1 year of experience to join our team of digital experts. We have a thriving Paid department that is dedicated to helping our staff and clients grow. We work across a number of verticals with a varied client base.
We are a diverse team of PPC specialists with a (un?)healthy love of excel, stats and data testing. We have won multiple awards for our work with clients and are growing our client base rapidly. We’re looking for people who are equally passionate about our craft and who want to find innovative solutions by using & developing new tools & techniques.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Management & Performance
Manage daily pacing, optimisation and budget allocation across paid accounts
Conduct audits and implement platform best practices
Analyse performance data and prepare reports (daily–monthly)
Support forecasting, quarterly planning and client roadmaps
Implement scripts (with Innovation team support) and maintain QA standards
Stay ahead of emerging platforms, betas and industry changes
Client Partnership & Collaboration
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Present performance updates and strategic insights confidently
Partner with SEO, Content and other teams to deliver integrated Total Search strategies
Support and mentor Analysts, contributing to internal training
Professional Growth & Development
Take ownership of your development, including annual Google certifications
Share industry insights and learnings with the team
Work with your manager to expand your skills and client exposure
WHAT YOU BRING

Proficiency in: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, GA4, Looker Studio

THE PACKAGE
Salary: £27k-£35k DOE
Work/Life Balance: Flexible working, 4-day work week, and hybrid working available.
Annual Leave: 28 days (ex., Bank Holidays) plus Birthdays, Charity day and between Christmas and NY.

Cultural Interview with People Director & Hiring Manager via Google Meets - 1 hour
Task Stage - A task is set in advance, and then a task Interview in person (where applicable to the role) - 1.5hrs at the Maidstone office
