  • Neurodiversity channels – a safe space to share experiences, resources and support for colleagues who are neurodivergent or want to better understand neurodiversity.
  • Mental Health First Aid team – trained members of staff available to provide confidential, immediate support and guidance whenever it’s needed.
  • Women’s Health community channel – a dedicated group to raise awareness, share advice, and support women’s health needs in the workplace.
  • Wellbeing Drop-Ins – private one-to-one sessions where colleagues can speak confidentially with a trained member of the team about any concerns.
  • Tea & Talk sessions – informal weekly chats in the office kitchen, designed to encourage connection and openness over a cup of tea.
